hemrymc. but youre not judging him at the end of the season, youre already writing him off and claiming youd rather we'd signed someone else, despite not even seeing those prefered signings play before.

henrymc, before i make the decision as to whether we could get someone better , i'll give him a chance first. As for mane, im not saying hes not a better signing because as ive never seen him play i cant make that call just as you cant make that call that he is a better signing because as youve already proved youve never seen him play either. The same goes for hernandez but his record is nothing to write home about is it ?.
As for allardyce not playing him , youll have to ask him. But to write someone off after 20 mins or prem football is laughable and then to say youd rather have signed to other players who youve never even seen play is even more laughable.

Valencia was converted from left back when he broke through. Well, according to him anyways. Basically as a 1st team pro he has always been a forward.

Two million cheaper and plays across a variety of positions with a good scoring record and has lived and played in Europe before.
There's a massive difference playing half a season in Mexico.
And you gloss over Hernandez quickly too.
Tell me with a decent transfer budget, a new stadium coming, London and the world's 13th highest paid manager that we seriously couldn't possibly find someone better than Valencia.

Henrymc , then you shouldn't believe everything you see on the bbc should you. I can only take it that you've never seen him play if you have to get his position off of a website so why do you think he'd be a better signing?. As for valencia only becoming a forward recently , you're right but he played on the wing not at left back as you claim. That's probably why we bough him , because he can play out wide as well as down the middle.

About as prolific as Andy Carroll who you defend a lot.
There's a difference between playing in serie A and Mexico.
Still if you think having spent 30 million this window we couldn't possibly sign a quality goalscorer that's for you.

BBC says he's a forward and scored 45 goals in 78 games.
Valencia wasn't a striker till recently.
